Mircea Solomon is an accomplished sales and business development leader with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as Sale Excellence Leader at ALPI, soon to be ETAP, since March 2022, Mircea has previously held significant roles at Enel from November 2005 to August 2019, including B2C Commercial Developer and B2B Sales Developer. Achievements include enhancing B2C sales processes, launching value-added services, expanding the sales network, and improving customer satisfaction metrics significantly. Mircea has also excelled in commercial performance improvement by implementing efficient reporting tools and optimizing budgeting processes. With a Bachelor of Engineering in Power Engineering from Universitatea Politehnica din Timişoara and an Accelerated Management Capabilities Program from PwC's Academy, Mircea combines technical expertise with strong management skills, supported by further education in the field through an Erasmus program.
