Steve Salom

Steve Salom is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles across various companies. Currently serving as a Partner at ACE Ventures and a Board Member at organizations including Sinpex, Gmelius, Alpian, and Batgroup SA, Steve also held the position of Operating Partner & Advisor at ACE & Company, where contributions included advising on the tech portfolio and mentoring startup executives. Previously, Steve was the General Manager for Uber in France, Switzerland, and Austria, overseeing substantial teams and operational strategies, following a successful launch in Western Switzerland. Steve holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master of Science from EPFL.
