Tatiana Dobler is a seasoned Risk Officer with extensive experience in operational risk management across prominent financial institutions. Currently at Alpian since February 2023, Tatiana previously served as a Senior Operational Risk and ICS Manager at Sberbank Europe AG from November 2016 to October 2022, where notable achievements included the development of new operational processes and a robust Internal Control System. Prior roles at Sberbank CIB and Sberbank highlighted skills in risk assessment, incident reporting, and the design of operational risk methodologies across multiple countries. Tatiana began a career in strategy as a Corporate Strategy Specialist at Uralsib, focusing on strategic and operational planning. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in International Economy from the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Ministry for Foreign Affairs and a Master’s degree in Financial Risk Management from the State University of Management (SUM).
