Farah Ghanem has a strong background in sustainability and climate change policy. Farah worked at Alpin Limited from 2022 as the Head of Climate Change & Policy, where they managed and supervised various climate change services such as net zero advisory, carbon/GHG accounting, and decarbonization strategies. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal Consultant and Team Leader at the same company. Farah also has experience as an Energy Specialist and Innovation Officer, where they incorporated innovative tools and applications to promote sustainable and energy-efficient practices for projects. Before joining Alpin Limited, Farah served as a Sustainability Coordinator and interned at various companies, gaining experience in green building certifications and energy modeling.
Farah Ghanem pursued their education in a chronological order. From 2006 to 2008, they attended Modern Montessori School and obtained an International Baccalaureate (IBO-Diploma). Following that, from 2008 to 2014, they attended German Jordanian University and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Energy Engineering. In 2016, Farah enrolled in HeatSpring to pursue Professional Continuing Education in HVAC Design. Additionally, they obtained certifications in their field. In September 2021, they acquired the Low Carbon Consultant certification from CIBSE, and in October 2022, they obtained the Climate Change Professional certification from the Association of Climate Change Officers.
