Natalia Santos Garcia is an experienced quality assurance technician currently employed at Alpina since October 2021. Prior to this role, Natalia was the Director of R&D and Quality at Zeotropic, where responsibilities included standardizing zeodratation kinetics for food and medicinal products according to client needs and regulatory quality parameters, as well as optimizing the zeodratation process. Previous experience includes serving as a research assistant at Polyaromas Ltda., supporting the R&D department in flavor formulation and sample preparation, and completing a professional internship focused on quality assurance at the Colombian Society of Food Engineers, where implementation of quality management systems in food SMEs was a key task. Natalia holds dual degrees in Food Engineering and Chemical Engineering from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano, obtained between 2013 and 2019.
