Juliana Garcia

Juliana Garcia is an accomplished mountain guide and educator with extensive experience in the outdoor industry. Currently serving as a guide for Alpine Ascents International since August 2021, Juliana also instructs avalanche education at the American Institute for Avalanche Research and Education (AIARE) and provides training through MountainSafety.info. A board member of IFMGA/UIAGM since November 2018, Juliana has been recognized as an international mountain guide with UIAGM/IFMGA since March 2017. Additionally, Juliana has held various guiding positions with Mountain Madness and Guía de Alta Montaña ASEGUIM, while also serving as a marketing manager at Grandeporte and a brand manager at DEPA. Juliana holds degrees in mountain guiding from ASEGUIM and has been involved in avalanche education training since 2018, enhancing expertise in both guiding and safety within mountain environments.
