Marshall Nichols

Marshall Nichols is an experienced professional in recruitment and coaching, currently serving as a Corporate Recruiter and Technical Recruiter at Alpine Intel since January 2022. Prior to this role, Marshall held the position of Claims Coordinator at the same company and was the Head Senior Coach for Aquatic Team of Mecklenburg from June 2020 to December 2021. Marshall's coaching experience extends to Virginia Tech Swimming and Diving, where responsibilities included assisting the coaching staff and performing various duties during swim practices and meets from August 2014 to June 2020. As Head Coach at Hampton Park Swim Team, leadership in daily practices and team functions was a key aspect of the role from January 2016 to July 2018. Initially, Marshall's career in aquatic sports began at the YMCA of Greater Richmond, where work as a Head Lifeguard and Assistant Swim Coach laid the foundation for a strong background in swim instruction and team management. Marshall holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Virginia Tech, earned in 2018.
