Ayanna Warrington

Ayanna Warrington currently serves as the Head of Culture at Ascend and as an Operating Executive at Alpine Investors, both positions held since 2023. Previous experience includes a role as a Strategy & Innovation MBA Intern at Google and a Global Operations MBA Intern at Facebook. Ayanna has significant consulting experience from Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Human Capital Consultant and Human Capital Consultant, along with a fellowship at Management Leadership for Tomorrow. Early career roles included positions at Texas Instruments and as a Smith Technology Fellow at the University of Maryland. Ayanna holds an MBA in Organizational Effectiveness from The Wharton School, an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Management Information Systems and Marketing from the University of Maryland, complemented by studies in Spanish at Universidad Nacional Costa Rica.
