Hélène Thériault

Hélène Thériault is a seasoned healthcare professional and founder of Function First Coaching Inc., established in 2017, which focuses on transforming healthcare culture through a human-centered coaching approach. Currently serving as a Clinical Instructor at The University of British Columbia, Hélène contributes to the Occupational Therapy programs through teaching, mentorship, and project supervision. Additionally, Hélène supports leaders in various organizations as a PeopleFirst Coach and Facilitator for Alpine Investors. With over 21 years of experience, Hélène has held significant roles in leadership coaching and occupational therapy, enhancing practitioners' skills, client outcomes, and fostering a coaching culture across multiple healthcare settings. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University, a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Dalhousie University, and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of New Brunswick.
