Mark Strauch

Mark Strauch is a Co-Founder and Chairman at ASG, a software business that acquires and operates vertical SaaS companies. Prior to ASG, Mark was a Founding Partner at Alpine Investors, a private equity firm focused on middle market growth companies. Mark also served as President and CEO at EDC and Business Engine, where Mark successfully restructured the companies. Mark has held various executive roles at companies such as Desktop.com and Electronic Arts. Mark holds an MBA in Finance, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship from Northwestern University.
