Melanie Williams is an accomplished talent acquisition and recruitment professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including private equity, business services, and software industries. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Lead at Alpine Investors since September 2024, Melanie specializes in building enduring companies through exceptional talent development. As the Founder and Principal of Granite Search Partners from 2012 to 2022, Melanie managed full-cycle recruiting for clients in finance, media, automotive, and consulting sectors.
