West Paschal has been in the professional world since 2018, starting with Tilray as a Business Development Associate. In 2020, they joined Alpine IQ as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and VP of Sales.

West Paschal obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Agricultural Economics - Rural Entrepreneurship from Texas A&M University between 2012 and 2016. Additionally, they hold a certification in First Aid & CPR for Lay Responders from the American Red Cross.
