Paulo Fernandes

Paulo Fernandes has extensive experience in the real estate and hospitality industries. Since 2010, Paulo has worked as a Realtor at Better Homes and Gardens Mason-McDuffie Real Estate, building on prior roles as a Realtor at Prudential California Realty and as a Sales Associate at Coldwell Banker, where Paulo specialized in generating new development deals and undertaking market analysis. In addition to real estate, Paulo has managed beverage operations as Beverage Director at Patrick, where responsibilities included overseeing a busy bar service, as well as working as a Bartender at Alpine Meadows Ski Resort, showcasing skills in customer service and sales. Prior to these roles, Paulo served as CEO at Tahoe Computer Tuneup and as a Broker at Granite Broker, with a focus on importing granite from Brazil. Paulo holds a degree in Business from the University of Nevada-Reno, completed between 2002 and 2006.
