Jonnie Wagner

Jonnie Wagner is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Alpine Solutions Group since January 2017, Jonnie has contributed to the company being recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies on the Inc 5000 list in both 2021 (#115) and 2022 (#684). Additionally, the company was honored as a 2022 Inc Best Workplace. In August 2022, Jonnie also became Managing Partner at Alpine Ventures, where the focus lies on helping venture and private equity backed organizations discover and secure the talent necessary for their growth. Prior to these roles, Jonnie worked as a Professional Recruiter at Insight Global from July 2013 to January 2017.
