Lisa oversees and leads the Product & Service Management team and initiatives. She is accountable for product and service strategy, execution of product and service lifecycle including incubation, roadmap, and go-to-market, development of functional requirements, documentation, and training, and integration partnerships. She previously served as Director, Psychometrics and Director, IT Credentialing at Alpine overseeing the operational execution of, processes, and workflows for psychometric work performed by Alpine. Prior to joining Alpine in 2011, Lisa worked in higher education assessment and institutional research at MIT and Tufts University. She completed her graduate studies at Boston College in educational research, measurement, and evaluation and undergraduate at Providence College in sociology and business studies.
