Reto Wälchli

Reto Wälchli has a diverse work experience in various industries. Reto founded Alpine White in 2014, where they focused on holistic dental health and oversaw product development and treatment in their studios. In 2019, they joined Digt AG as an Advisor for Growth & Strategy. Prior to that, they worked at Swisscom for several roles including Senior Business Developer, Mobile Application Developer, and Application Operation Manager. During their time at Swisscom, they developed and operated a wide variety of applications for the broadband service obligation team. Reto also completed an internship in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning at Swisscom Outpost during their exchange semester at San Jose State University. In 2011, they worked as a Service Specialist at Teuscher Chocolate. Reto Wälchli began their career by completing an apprenticeship as a Computer Scientist Gen./Sys, acquiring knowledge in various computer science projects.

Reto Wälchli's education history starts in 2012 when they attended BMZ and obtained a Professional Baccalaureate in the field of Technical. In 2013, they also obtained a Dipl. Job Trainer certification from Berufsbildner AG.

From 2014 to 2018, Reto Wälchli attended ZHAW School of Management and Law and earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) ZFH in Wirtschaftsinformatik. Additionally, in 2016, they briefly studied at San Jose State University, where they also pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) ZHF in Wirtschaftsinformatik degree.

Later, in 2018 to 2020, Reto Wälchli went to HEC Paris and successfully completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Furthermore, they have obtained several certifications, including a Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org in July 2017, a TOEFL iBT certification, and a Human Centred Design Facilitator certification from Swisscom Schweiz AG in May 2016 and November 2015, respectively. Reto also holds an ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN, achieved in August 2015. Moreover, Reto Wälchli has a First Certificate in English (Grade B) from Cambridge ESOL, awarded in July 2013.
