Matthew Partridge

Matt Partridge has held various high-level financial positions in several real estate investment firms, such as CTO Realty Growth, Inc., HUTTON, and Agree Realty Corporation. With a background in finance and business administration, Matt has been instrumental in the growth and success of these companies by overseeing acquisitions, financial planning, and risk management. Prior to their career in real estate, Matt gained experience in project analysis and underwriting. Matt holds a Master of Business Administration degree in International Business and Finance from Xavier University.
