Fabio Marazzi

Fabio Marazzi is a founding partner at Lexacta Global Legal Advice, specializing in international and cross-border M&A since January 2025. Additionally, Marazzi serves as a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy and is an adjunct professor at both Franklin University Switzerland and Università degli Studi di Pavia, focusing on cross-border M&A. Marazzi holds memberships in several organizations, including the Association of European Attorneys and CONSIUSA, and has been a board member of the De Gasperi Foundation since March 2019. As a founding board member of the Honorary International Committee of Gran Teatro La Fenice and vice president of the UIA Commission on Biotechnology, Marazzi is actively involved in cultural and legal initiatives. With master's degrees in Etica & Bioetica and European Business & Commercial Law, along with a law degree in International Law, Marazzi's extensive experience reflects a strong commitment to the intersection of law and business on an international scale.
