Samip Dasgupta

Samip Dasgupta is a Principal at AlpInvest Partners, where Samip supports the firm in originating and executing non-control direct equity and mezzanine debt investments alongside financial sponsors. Samip invests in leveraged buyout transactions across various sectors. Prior to this, Samip worked as an Analyst at Wells Fargo Securities, supporting senior bankers in investment banking transactions. Additionally, Samip was a Summer Analyst at The Blackstone Group, focusing on evaluating and monitoring hedge fund managers. Samip holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Babson College and has also studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
