Jan Marcan

Jan Marcan is a Senior Cloud Data Engineer at Alpiq since September 2021. Previously, Jan worked at Valeo from August 2016 to February 2021 as a Functional Architect and Software Engineer, and at Continental from October 2015 to May 2016 as a Software Engineer. Jan holds a Bachelor's Degree from VSB - Technical University of Ostrava and a Master's degree from Škoda Auto University. Jan's expertise lies in designing and implementing cloud-native applications, managing data for autonomous cars, and developing platforms for computer vision data. Jan is dedicated to optimizing data driven decision making processes and ensuring high-quality cloud systems.
