Mike Doucleff

Mike Doucleff is the President of Alpitronic Americas as of August 2023. Prior to this role, Doucleff served as the Senior Vice President and Head of the eMobility Division at Schneider Electric from September 2014 to August 2023, overseeing global operations in electric vehicle charging infrastructure, including strategy, P&L, operations, research and development, innovation, mergers and acquisitions, and partnerships. Doucleff has held various leadership positions at Schneider Electric, including Vice President of Customer Experience & Quality and Vice President of Business Development. Additional experience includes advisory roles at IESE Business School Technology Club and eIQ Mobility, as well as board membership at Veltek Digital. Doucleff's earlier career involved significant sales and operational roles at Square D and APC by Schneider Electric. Doucleff holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from IESE Business School, along with executive education from INSEAD.
