Chivvaun Smith

Chivvaun Smith is a seasoned communications and corporate social responsibility manager currently with ALPLA Group, where responsibilities include managing external communication plans, intranet content, and sustainability strategies. As the founder of Dance Clinic GBI, Chivvaun oversees marketing and logistics for a free annual dance camp aimed at enhancing the arts in Grand Bahama. Previous experience includes serving as a marketing representative for the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism, where Chivvaun promoted the islands through various marketing efforts and event coordination, and as a communications representative for the same ministry, handling press initiatives and social media campaigns. Chivvaun began a career rooted in dance instruction at West Side Dance Studio and Broadway Kids Studio Inc., following a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma.
