Federico Platt has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as the Project Engineering Manager at ALPLA Group since October 2011. Responsibilities include overseeing engineering projects related to production machines and packaging lines, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets. Federico also held roles as Energy Manager, focusing on energy consumption analysis and efficiency metrics, as well as in Infrastructure & Engineering, where project development aligned with company vision was emphasized. Prior experience includes working on innovation projects at Pepsico and quality engineering at 3M, with a strong foundation in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
