Michael Wirth

Michael Wirth serves as the Head of Quality and Operational Excellence and Deputy Head of Operations for the Central Eastern Europe region at ALPLA Group since 2018. Previously, Michael held the position of Quality Manager for Key Accounts at Constantia Flexibles from January 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, Michael worked as Managing Director at Eurofins - ofi Lebensmittelanalytik GmbH from May 2006 to June 2013, overseeing laboratory production, finance, procurement, and quality management. Michael's career also includes roles as Head of Quality Management & Product Development at Nordpolwerk and Section Manager at Alma Hard, as well as Head of the Laboratory at Kraft Foods Österreich. Michael earned a degree in Food & Biotechnology from Universität für Bodenkultur Wien in 1998 and an engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from HTL Bregenz in 1990.
