Mihai Eugen Preda

Mihai Eugen Preda is an experienced professional in operational excellence and production management, currently serving as the Operational Excellence Country Manager at ALPLA Group since August 2018. Prior experience includes various roles at Schaeffler from October 2007 to August 2018, such as Production Manager, Subproject Manager, Continuous Improvement Specialist, Manufacturing Engineer, and Buyer. Prior to Schaeffler, Mihai held the position of Administrative Officer at S.C. Bramode - Tex S.R.L. from January 2003 to September 2007. Mihai has a strong educational background, with a Master's degree in Communication and Human Resources Management and a Master's degree in Management of International Industrial Projects from the Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative (SNSPA) and Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov, respectively, along with a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Public Relations and an Engineer's degree in Manufacturing Engineering.
