Monte Hackwith, CPP, CPPM, is an experienced infrastructure specialist with a strong background in mechanical stationary power systems and a proven track record in optimizing operational efficiencies. Currently employed at ALPLA Werke - Alwin Lehner GmbH & Co. KG since September 2016, Monte has significantly improved cooling water chemistry compliance across multiple water systems in the USA. Prior to this role, Monte held various positions including MPS Coordinator and Maintenance Lead Person at International Paper and Weyerhaeuser, respectively, achieving substantial cost savings and enhancing system functionalities. Monte's career also includes a tenure as Chief Engineer at The Nebraska Masonic Home, where a total building automation system was co-developed, and early experience as a Night Boilerman at Wilson Concrete.
