Philipp Simon

Philipp Simon serves as the Head of Operations and IT for Central and Eastern Europe at ALPLA Group since November 2010, overseeing the management and optimization of operations across 21 plants, focusing on HSE, performance, maintenance, supply chain, and quality. With a strong background in IT and operational excellence, Philipp has held several key positions within ALPLA, progressively increasing responsibilities from Regional IT Manager to Head of OPEX, SCM, and IT. Previous experience includes consulting roles at MRM Systems and various internships in IT and organizational development, along with academic achievements including a Master of Arts in Organizational Development and Human Resources Consultancy from Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt.
