Clare Potter

Clare Potter (Nee Thompson) is an experienced human resources professional with over 20 years of expertise in various HR roles. Currently serving as the UK HR Manager at Alpro since April 2011, Clare previously held positions as a Regional/National Human Resources Business Partner at Babcock and a Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Network Rail, where responsibilities included delivering HR support, change management, and employee engagement strategies. Clare began career as an HR Officer at HJ Heinz and held an HR Assistant position at Pianoforte (Automotive) Supplies Ltd. Clare holds a BSc Honours in Human Psychology from Aston University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from De Montfort University.
