Joke Delrue

Joke Delrue serves as a Senior HR Business Partner at Alpro since February 2022, specializing in logistics, local quality, health and safety, strategic planning, and POM. Previously, Joke held the role of HR Business Partner in various capacities for Danone and Alpro-Danone from 2020 to 2022, along with earlier positions at Alpro and Amon, focusing on HR support and talent development. Joke began the career as an HR Officer at Alpro, contributing to recruitment and employee well-being initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Economics from Ghent University and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the same institution, complemented by an exchange program at Istanbul Bilgi University.
