Desmond Chua is an experienced procurement and administrative professional with a strong background in strategic sourcing and purchasing. Currently serving as the Manager of Strategic Procurement at ALPS Pte. Ltd. since October 2022, Desmond previously held the position of Purchasing Manager for Central Sourcing & Purchasing at Far East Hospitality Management (S) Pte Ltd from June 2016 to October 2022. Prior roles include serving as Admin Manager at both Far East Hospitality Management Serviced Residences and Village Hotel Changi, and as a Security Executive at Keppel FELS Ltd. Desmond's career began at the Ministry of Law, Singapore, as Assistant Manager from February 2001 to July 2007. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from RMIT University, a Diploma in Accountancy from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, and a Specialist Diploma in Supply Chain Management from Nanyang Polytechnic.
