Giap Long Wilson Wong is an experienced procurement manager with a strong background in food services and supply chain management. Currently serving as Procurement Manager at ALPS Pte. Ltd. since November 2019, Giap has previously held the same title at Far Ocean Singapore from August 2018 to November 2019, where responsibilities included strategic sourcing and enhancing supplier negotiations. Prior to that, Giap held various managerial roles at SATS Ltd. from July 2005 to November 2019, including Manager Food Procurement, where oversight of a $90 million budget and compliance with regulatory standards were key duties. Earlier positions included Industrial Relations Manager and Manager Cabin Services, managing large teams and logistics for airline clients. Giap holds an Honours (2nd Upper) degree in Food Science and Technology from UNSW completed in 2015.
