Bruce McCaffrey

Bruce McCaffrey is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience in leading technology operations across various industries. Currently serving as Executive Director of IT at ALPS ALPINE since December 2023, Bruce previously held the position of IT Director at Brembo North America from January 2020 to December 2023. Bruce's career includes significant roles such as Director of Global Technologies at Inalfa Roof Systems Group, where responsibilities included overseeing global IT infrastructures and implementing Lean Thinking principles to enhance operational efficiencies. Additional experience includes consultancy work assisting American companies in establishing facilities in Mainland China and managing IT operations for TEK Automotive in Shanghai during a strategic expatriate assignment. Earlier roles included Manager of Information Technology at Brose North America, where strategic initiatives improved system reliability and minimized disruptions. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a minor in Management Information Systems from Oakland University.
