Victoria Gross is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in system and software validation, project management, and software engineering. Currently serving as a System and Software Validation TL/Supervisor at ALPS ALPINE since October 2018, Victoria leads the software testing team and ensures project delivery aligns with timelines. Previous roles include Algorithm Project Manager at Continental, where responsibilities included planning and tracking algorithm function development for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems, and Senior Software Engineer at BWI Group, focusing on software deliverables and development milestones. Victoria's career began at General Motors, where positions involved systems and software engineering tasks. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Ukrainian Polytechnic Institute and a Certificate of Achievement in Success Strategies for Women in Industry and Business from SAE International.
