Reanna Harman

Reanna Harman has extensive work experience in the consulting industry. Reanna worked at ALPS Insights from 2017, starting as the Vice President for Practice and later becoming the Director. In 2020, they took on the role of Director at ALPS Insights. Prior to that, Reanna worked at ALPS Solutions - Helping Organizations Succeed for over 15 years. Reanna held various positions including Vice President and Director of Consulting, Director of Consulting Practice, Senior Consultant, and Consultant.

Reanna Harman obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Mount St. Mary's University in the years 1999 to 2003. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at North Carolina State University from 2003 to 2006. Reanna then continued their education at the same institution and completed their Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from 2006 to 2008.
