Rachel Bradley

Rachel Bradley is a legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property, information technology, and commercial law. Currently, Rachel serves as a member of the Policy Committee at The Association Of Learned and Professional Society Publishers (ALPSP) and holds the position of Partner at Penningtons Manches LLP, where Rachel has been since July 2015. Prior to this, Rachel worked as Corporate Counsel at MedImmune Limited from November 2010 to June 2015, focusing on transactional law within the IP function. Rachel's career began at Mills & Reeve, where Rachel specialized in IP law from September 2003 to October 2010. Rachel holds a Legal Practice Course degree from Nottingham Law School and a Bachelor of Law with French from the University of Nottingham, along with a year of study at Nantes Université.
