Roohi Ghosh is a seasoned professional in academic publishing and researcher training, currently serving as Co-Chair for Peer Review Week 2023 and the Open Peer Review Special Interest Group at ALPSP. With extensive experience at Cactus Communications since 2005 in various leadership roles, Roohi has developed strategies for global training initiatives and engaged with the author community through workshops and educational programs. Roohi's contributions include peer reviewing for multiple organizations, serving as Vice Chair for EASE's India Chapter, and participating on committees with the Society for Scholarly Publishing. With a Master's degree in Mass Communication from Symbiosis Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Roohi combines academic proficiency with practical skills in enhancing researcher engagement and promoting best practices in publishing.
