Hans Merkelbach is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Systems and Support Manager at Alquemie Group since May 2022. Concurrently, Hans has been with General Pants Co. since December 2010, where the role has evolved from Helpdesk Support Technician to Helpdesk Team Lead, overseeing a team that supports over 70 Australian stores and 2 international locations. In addition to these roles, Hans also took on the position of Acting Store Manager, responsible for training staff and managing daily operations to meet sales targets. Hans completed the Higher School Certificate at St Pauls Catholic College Greystanes from 2003 to 2008.
