Kelvin is currently the Director of Delivery at Alquemy Search & Consulting, where they focus on providing high-quality technology professionals and building strong partnerships with clients. Prior to this, Kelvin worked at Solutia SDO as the Director of Talent Delivery, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the internal IT department. Kelvin also held the role of Sr. Manager of Talent Delivery at Solutia, specializing in business transformation initiatives. Before joining Solutia, Kelvin worked at Inteqna as a Recruitment Consultant, focusing on information technology positions.
