Karenn Márquez

Karenn Márquez is a Product Manager at Alquilando. Karenn previously worked as a Consultor Senior Procesos at KPMG Argentina from November 2016 to February 2019.

During their time at KPMG, they developed and led the SSOA (Shared Services & Outsourcing Advisory) business line, specializing in RPA. Karenn also coordinated and participated in commercial meetings and training sessions for the deployment of the SSOA-RPA business line.

Some of their notable projects include:

• conducting an assessment to identify opportunities for process automation in the Retail / Banking / Entertainment / Steel industries, among others;

• identifying opportunities for systematic process improvement for KPMG and the Oil & Gas and Telecommunications industries;

• reengineering Operational and Supply Chain processes for the Mining, Telecommunications and Entertainment industries.

For their Retail client, they identified opportunities for automating and streamlining 81 tax-related processes. Karenn also created detailed Business Cases for each opportunity, evaluating factors such as compliance, implementation effort and potential cost savings. Based on their findings, they presented a strategic roadmap for implementing process automation, including different possible scenarios, advantages and disadvantages of each, and recommendations for the company.

For their clients in the Mining / KPMG / Oil & Gas / Telecommunications industries, they defined Cross-Business processes, identified roles and responsibilities (RACI), and modeled and communicated Cross-Business / Operational / Supply Chain processes. Karenn also identified opportunities for improvement and "quick wins" for Cross-Business / Operational / Supply Chain processes.

Karenn Márquez has a degree in Environmental and Sanitary Engineering from Universidad de La Salle, a diploma in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, a diploma in Business Management from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, a Specialist Degree in Occupational Health and Safety from Universidad de Buenos Aires, a Specialist Degree in Administration and Management of Quality Management Systems from Universidad Santo Tomás, and a diploma in Strategic Project Management from Universidad EAN.
