Karim Jarrad has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Karim started their career as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte in 2006 and worked there until 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they served as Assistant Vice President of Business Operations at Deutsche Gulf Finance, a Sharia compliant Home Finance start-up. During this time, they played a crucial role in the planning and project management aspects of the firm's launch, including process design, system testing, and business documentation.
In 2012, Jarrad joined PwC as an Assistant Manager in the financial services sector. Karim'sresponsibilities included leading process improvement initiatives for banks and other financial institutions. Notably, they led several FATCA operational impact analyses for banks across the GCC/Levant regions and developed the baseline FATCA implementation plan for PwC financial services. Additionally, they contributed to the development of a banking process repository of Islamic processes on the ARIS process mapping tool.
In 2014, Jarrad transitioned to Deloitte Middle East as a Manager. Karim held this role for four years, until 2018. Finally, in 2018, they joined Alraedah as the Head of PMO, where they currently work. Unfortunately, the exact dates for their current role are not provided.
