Renee Lerche

Renee Lerche is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent consulting and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Consultant at ALRIG USA since May 2023, Renee previously founded and leads RS Lerche Associates, a consulting firm dedicated to talent strategies. Notably, Renee developed the Kaufman Institute to enhance insurance education and professional development, and held significant roles at H.W. Kaufman Group, overseeing HR functions for over 2,000 employees. Additionally, Renee contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, teaching courses on organizational behavior and HR management. Renee holds a Doctor of Education in Adult Learning Development from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Rutgers University.
