Ronald Schuermans is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational management across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Group Operations Manager at Alro Group since May 2021, Ronald also operates Ronald Schuermans Consulting bvba, specializing in operational excellence and change management since 2012. Previously, Ronald held key roles at Scandinavian Tobacco Group, including Global Q-EHS-Lean Director and Factory Manager. Other significant positions include manufacturing roles at Tenneco and Johnson Controls Automotive, where responsibilities encompassed production management, quality oversight, and lean implementation. Ronald holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Katholieke Hogeschool Limburg and furthered education at Post Universitair Centrum Diepenbeek.
