April Alfaro

April Alfaro is an experienced professional in the fashion and design industry, currently serving as an Inside Sales Associate at Alro Steel Corporation since December 2023. Previously, April held various roles at Lands' End, including Assistant Designer and Design Assistant, where responsibilities encompassed market and trend research, designing sketches in Adobe Illustrator, and managing product styles in the PLM system. April also gained valuable experience as a Curatorial Intern and Undergraduate Collection Assistant at the Helen Louise Allen Textile Collection, collaborating on exhibitions and handling object preparation. Additionally, April worked in Early Morning Replenishment and Merchandising at Kohl's Department Stores. April holds a Bachelor of Science in Textile and Fashion Design and Chican@/Latin@ Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is pursuing a Certificate in Fashion and Sustainability Management from the European Institute of Innovation for Sustainability.
