Antoine Gallais

Antoine Gallais is an engineering professional with significant experience in methods engineering and preventive maintenance. Currently employed at ALSACE LAIT since November 2020, Antoine has been instrumental in the implementation of a new GMAO system, including creating a new structure and training personnel. Prior to this, Antoine worked at NOVANDIE from September 2017 to September 2020 as an apprentice engineer, focusing on machine improvement and optimizing workflow through Kanban and 5S methodologies. Antoine also gained practical experience in agricultural machinery maintenance at Entreprise Renard and interned in methods at Air France, where a workshop reorganization was completed using the 5S approach. Educationally, Antoine holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in mechanical engineering from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, as well as a Brevet technicien supérieur in industrial design and a Baccalauréat scientifique.
