Laura Castagnet has extensive experience in the food production sector, currently serving as Chef d’équipe de production at Alsace Lait since July 2017, responsible for ensuring compliance with QHSE standards and managing production teams. Previously, Castagnet held positions such as Chef de quart PROCESS, where decision-making and critical control point validation were key responsibilities, and Operateur PROCESS, focusing on the analysis and quality control of milk and cream. Earlier career roles included teaching mathematics, physics, and chemistry at Anacours, as well as internships involving gastro-resistant coating formulations and characterizing Pickering emulsions at INNOV'IA and Nsysa, respectively. Castagnet holds a professional license in chemical and pharmaceutical industry from Université de Bordeaux, complemented by a scientific baccalauréat.
