Lauryn Chew is an experienced professional in the behavioral health field, currently serving as the Lead Direct Care Counselor at Alsana since April 2021. In this role, Lauryn provides hands-on training and ongoing development for new Direct Care Counselors, as well as assists the program director with behavioral interventions and clinical issues. Prior to this position, Lauryn held roles including Behavior Specialist at Tucci Learning Solutions and Behavior Therapist at The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC. Additional experience includes working in the bakery department at Whole Foods Market and sales at Target. Lauryn Chew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Monterey Bay, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Social Work at Arizona State University.
