Hatem Ibrahim possesses extensive experience in risk management and compliance, currently serving as the EMEA Service Quality Risk and Compliance Team Lead at Uber since July 2018. Hatem's career at Uber has included roles as a Safety Investigation Specialist and Urgent Triage Safety Specialist. In addition, Hatem is a Community Manager for Alsayegh, managing social media for Dubai’s Museum of the Future. Prior positions include a brief tenure at HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management, various roles at Berlitz Egypt, and experience at Teleperformance Egypt as a Subject Matter Expert Team Lead. Hatem began the professional journey as an Accountant at MERIC. Hatem holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Zagazig University, earned from 2005 to 2009.
