Natalie Alia Rifai's work experience includes being an Art Director at Alsayegh, where they led a team of designers and crafted social media content and brand strategies. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Graphic Designer at Sweetwater MEA, designing campaigns and creating immersive branded experiences. Natalie Alia also had roles as a Graphic Designer at Onstage International and as a Freelance Graphic Designer at James Pass Design (JPD). In addition, they were a Graphic Design Intern at James Pass Design (JPD) where they worked on branding designs and created the look and feel of brands.
Natalie Alia Rifai received their Bachelor's degree of Fine Arts in Visual Communication - Graphic Design from the American University in Dubai, from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their High School education at the same institution, where they earned the International General Certificate of Secondary Education and International Baccalaureate qualifications. Additionally, Natalie has obtained additional certifications in Leading a Marketing Team and Digital Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn in 2022, and the IB certification from The International Baccalaureate in 2009.
