Alberto Torrado is the current Administration Counsel President at Alsea. Prior to this, they were the Marketing Director at Genomma Lab from January 2012 to August 2012. There, they launched several cosmetic products that significantly increased sales, among these products was the "GB system." This new product became one of the most profitable products for Genomma Lab International, and one of the top products for hair loss in the country. Alberto also implemented surveys for the developing of products, which helped increase reviews of products due to the new marketing campaigns. Before their time at Genomma Lab, Alberto worked as the Marketing Manager at Alsea from January 2011 to January 2012. While there, they led a team of 3 people in the implementation of a customer service call center in order to improve the customer experience of the casual dining department of Alsea. This initiative aided the organization in receiving better customer perception and customer service improved. Also the feedback from the call center helped improve service operations and product quality for the casual dinning restaurants. Alberto also improved product innovation process, developing dishes and cocktails in restaurants that significantly increased sales and restaurant attractiveness. Assembled a team of two marketing assistants and a specialized chef, which elaborated new products.
