Violaine Bernard has a diverse work experience in the field of legal management and advisory roles. Violaine started their career at Simmons & Simmons as a Juriste in 2006 and worked there until 2010. Violaine then joined Decathlon France as a Real Estate Legal Advisor, where they provided legal support for the development of Decathlon into Africa and the Middle East. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of International Real Estate Legal Advisor at Decathlon. In 2015, they took on the position of Legal Advisor for Africa and the Middle East at Decathlon. In 2016, Violaine joined Starbucks as the Responsable juridique France and held that role until 2019. Violaine then joined Alsea, where they first served as the Legal Manager for Starbucks by Alsea France & Benelux, and currently holds the position of Head of Legal, Asset Management & Sustainability for Starbucks by Alsea France & Benelux since February 2021.
Violaine Bernard completed a Master's degree in Urbanisme, construction et environnement from Université Montpellier I in 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Droit public des affaires et diplôme universitaire d'anglais appliqué aux sciences juridiques from Université Panthéon Sorbonne (Paris I) in 2004. In 2009, they received a degree named "Promotion Abdou Diouf CAPA septembre 2009" in série salariée from EFB - Ecole de formation professionnelle des barreaux de la Cour d'Appel de Paris.
